note that these FTP instructions are for use with any one of the following
operating systems: Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT. These operating
systems are capable of FTP drop and drag functions thru Internet Explorer.
If you have misplaced or lost your username/password combination click here

If you are attempting to access the FTP area with an operating system other
than those listed above, you will need to use a stand alone FTP client
program. The software vault has an excellent listing of over 30 different
FTP client programs, many of which are available as shareware downloads.
Core FTP Lite is a simple to use and free program available at the Software
Vault.
